UK EuP Stakeholder Group Meeting: 11th February

Posted on 20 January 2009

The next meeting of the UK EuP stakeholder group will be held on 11 February, 1 Victoria Street, at which Defra will outline what is known of the Commission's proposals for the next seven product groups (see timetable below) and the UK's proposed strategy for each of these products groups. A draft agenda is available here.

This meeting will provide an opportunity for stakeholders to give their initial views. Stakeholders should follow up with comments in writing once the formal written documents are circulated (this will be done as soon as they are made available but this is unlikely to be before 11 February).

A high level of interest is expected in this meeting and space is restricted, so please express your interest in attending as soon as possible. Whilst every effort will be made to accommodate all interested parties, if the event is oversubscribed attendance may be restricted to ensure a representative audience at this event.

If you would like to attend, please send an email to Mike Dawson, no later than 6 February, with 'EuP Stakeholder Meeting' in the title and including your name, title, organisation and product
area(s) of interest.
