EuP Working Documents on a proposed Commission Regulation for household dishwashers and washing machines
The European Commission (EC) has circulated two working documents on a possible Commission Regulation with regard to household dishwashers and washing machines, which are currently undergoing inter-service consultation in advance of the meeting of the Eco-design of Energy-using Products Framework Directive (the EuP Directive) Regulatory Committee on household dishwashers and washing machines, which is expected to take place on 30 & 31 March.

Separate proposals for revising the EU A to G energy label will follow separately.
In order to inform the UK's position, interested stakeholders are invited to submit their views on these proposals as soon as possible and not later than 13 March.
