EuP Working Document on a possible Commission regulation for fans (125W-500kW)
The European Commission (EC) has circulated a working document on a possible Commission regulation with regard to fans in the power range 125W-500kW, which is currently undergoing inter-service consultation in advance of the meeting of the Eco-design of Energy-using Products Framework Directive (the EuP Directive) Regulatory Committee on Fans, which is expected to take place towards the end of January 2010. 8th meeting of the EU Regulatory Committee to discuss amendments to tertiary lighting eco-design regulation
The Regulatory Committee established by the Ecodesign for Energy Using Products Framework Directive (EuP) will meet for the eighth time on 7th January 2010 to discuss amendments to the EU Regulation for tertiary lighting. In advance of this meeting, the European Commission (EC) has circulated the draft Implementing Directive text amending the Ecodesign requirements for fluorescent lamps without integrated ballast, for high intensity discharge lamps and for ballasts and luminaires able to operate such lamps.
