13th meeting: EuP Consultation Forum to discuss potential amendments to Tertiary Lighting measure.

Following input from ELC-CELMA, the European Commission (EC) has circulated a working document with a series of possible amendments to the commission regulation with regard to fluorescent lamps without integrated ballast, for high intensity discharge lamps, and for ballasts and luminaires able to operate such lamps, in advance of the meeting of the Eco-design of Energy-using Products Framework Directive (the EuP Directive) Consultation Forum on Tertiary Lighting which is taking place on the 15th September.

1.   Explanatory Note 2.   Amendments to Regulation 3.   Proposed further amendments by ELC-CELMA To help to inform the UK position on these discussions stakeholders were invited to provide comments.
